Member Meetings

Regular member meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month, except January.

We encourage everyone to join in and participate with your fellow members. 
Unless otherwise noted, our member meetings are held via Zoom, and begin promptly at 6:30 pm Eastern time. Zoom invitations are sent to all active ESGR members via email.   

Member Meeting Schedule:    

- We recruit speakers to present topics of genealogical interest to our members in the months of February, April, May, June, July, September, October and November.  

- In March, we conduct our Annual meeting.  This is a formal business meeting to update members on our accomplishments and vision for the coming year.  At this meeting, we also hold elections for board members.   

- In the months of August and December, we invite you to attend our Social Events. 
The annual ESGR picnic is held in August, and our ESGR holiday party is held in December.

- In addition to our regularly scheduled member meetings, our organization offers and encourages participation in public education classes.
